We currently do not have an RV Short Queen # DE52YR inflatable air mattress. The AirBedz Pro3 Truck Bed Air Mattress # 341012 is our closest in size but it does have the humps for the truck bed fenders. This measures 80" long and only 51" wide and it is designed to fit between the wheel wells. This should work for you as long as you have at least 51" between the side storage boxes. I do have a potential option for you, but we do not carry a mattress specifically made for the front cab of your 2003 Ford E-350. What we do have is the AirBedz Rear Seat Air Mattress # 341033. It's not a perfect solution but would allow you to sleep with the tail gate up. This mattress has an integrated pump that is rechargeable, so it operates without needing to be plugged into anything to operate.

I may have a solution for you, and it sounds like you might be looking for a custom made version of the AirBedz Pro3 Truck Bed Air Mattress # 341011, but since we don't manufacture these it's not something we can custom make for you.
For reference, that particular AirBedz model is 95" long x 63-1/2" wide x 12" deep and designed to fit in a truck with a full sized bed. For a van, you may be able to use that, or something similar like the # 341032 which is 66" long x 52" wide x 10" deep.
